I've got a chance to swap one of my guitars for either a 2008 Fryette CL100 or a new (2012 or 2013) Dual Rec. I used to have an Ultralead, and loved it, but have never played a CL100. I've spent all of about five minutes playing a Dual Rec, and that was years ago.
I'm going to try both amps out tomorrow before making any decisions, but would love to hear any thoughts from the group here before I go in.
With the Dual you'll have more flexibility since you have the Channel/Voicing options though the CL100 definitely isn't a bad amp by any means. Try them both out and see how you feel about the sound of each of them, then factor in the flexibility and what you personally need from the amp. I owned a dual a couple years back and I loved the shit out of that amp but YMMV.
