I tried them during their beta period, and then bought a set for my Suhr 7 in my usual gauges not that long ago.
They're one of the better/possibly the best non-coated strings I've ever played, and they seem to last better than most. But if you're used to Elixirs or the D'Addario coated strings, then life is going to seem awfully short by comparison. I like them, and I like the fact they sell single strings in damned near every string gauge available. And, I've had a number of conversations with a couple customer support reps at D'Addario and they've all been awesome. They just as of yet haven't agreed to make EXPs using the NYXL technology, and sell coated strings in the range of gauges that they do NYXLs, so I'm still on Elixirs.
Ity'd been so long since I'd played with truly "dead" strings that they almost soured me on the Bareknuckles in my Suhr, before I did a string swap, after three weeks of heavy play.
