Well I had a bunch of gear that I was looking to see what I could get for it.
So I brought in a PRS SE245 (neck is too chunky for my liking), Eden WT500 (too valuable to be gathering dust as I'd much rather devote my time to guitar instead of bass), Visual Sound Compressor (meh) and Vox Satchurator (meh)....... turns out 1095 store credit.
Not bad as that's around what I was hoping to get.
So they have a used roadster with footswitch going for 1300 Canadian.
After trying it out in the demo room. I was pleased and decided to buy it. Unfortunately the bass amp tech was busy and I didn't want to wait an hour for him to get around to verifying it. So I decided that I would get them to complete the paperwork and that I'd come either later today or sometime tomorrow.
So out of pocket I will be paying 205 + 13% tax. So a little over 231 Canadian. Not bad at all!
Couple of weird things about the roadster....... channel switching know is on the back. Very in convienient if you ask me. And the ON/OFF switch is combined with the bold/spongey switch. Took me a few minutes to figure out how to turn this thing on.
All in all a nice sounding/versatile amp. Look forward to bringing home by tomorrow.
