    budget amp for rock

I'm looking for small budget amp. I play mostly rock, blues and country. I found three interesting amps. Which want will be better?
Fender Champion 40 Guitar Combo Amp with Effects at Gear4music.com
    or maybe this marshall?

Is this just for home practice?

I read a lot of good things about the Fender GDEC amps, and myself like the peavey VYPYR VIP series.

For the prices you're looking at, you may be better off buying a decent interface (got my Roland Duo Capture EX for $80) and BIAS

These budget amps will *always* leave you wanting, and if you've already got a decent stereo (or decent headphones) BIAS is going to be worlds better!

    Wirelessly posted

Spend a little more and find a used jca20/22. Not a better amp out there for the money imo. They've got a really good amount of gain for rock.

New or used, Waylon? What's your budget? Where will you be using it?

Marshall Core 50w 1x12. $250, sounds way better than a Line 6, Peavey Vyper, or whatever.

Never played one, but I've heard pretty good things about the Fender Mustangs, for the price.

If you can stretch your budget a little, a used Tech-21 Trademark 30 is the best "small portable practice combo" I've played before you start getting into serious money - I've seen them used for less than $200, and they smoke.
