    NAD (Again!)

I didn't need another amp, but I have always wanted one of these. Spied one on eBay with a sensible opening bid and no bids, so I stuck in a bid for the opening price and expected to be outbid. Turns out I was the only bidder, so rock on

This has literally just turned up at work, so I haven't plugged it in yet. I'm gigging later so I have my guitar with me, hopefully I can have a bit of a jam at lunch.

I'm so metal I shit bats

Man, that is sweet! Let us know what you think.

As a propeller-head, the rack-mount thing fascinates me.
All I can ask is that I suck a little less each time I pick up my guitar...

I'd like to grab another one of those at some point. I really liked the sound I used to get with it and my old 50/50. I used to use that for my rhythm sound, than whacked a TS on for leads. Great preamp.

Well I had a jam through this with my headphones at lunch and results are promising. Won't get a chance to run it through a poweramp until at least Sunday though, but then it's the choice of my Mark iii (6L6) or Einstein (6550) power sections.

I'm ultimately hoping to be able to dial it in to sound as brutal as this clip
