Healthy may not be the correct word here.
For favorites... most of them when it comes to compressors, drives/dirt boxes and maybe delay, usually say Free The Tone on them, so I'll skip those...
For most of the giant units, I like the Eventide Factors a lot, same with the Strymons. Though when it comes to delay and modulation, I prefer the Eventides over the Timeline and Mobius, for tonal reasons. And there's no other pedal that can replicate a lot of the weirdness from the Pitchfactor... not yet anyway. For reverbs, then I prefer the Strymon BigSky over the Space, but then again, I really don't like using reverb all too much anyway.
For wahs, I've recently jumped on the Real McCoy Customs train and the RM5 Wizard is my wah of choice. I might get the RM10 next. For auto-wahs, nothing beats the Source Audio Polymod for me.
Everything else that I tend to buy ends up used for specific purposes:
I've got 2 Fulltones (Secret Freq and 69 Mk2) and like them both. The Freq is supposed to be for a small rig for my country sessions while 69 Mk2 I usually keep for sessions. I'm still using a Vox Satchurator for my bass distortion. I've thought about changing, though I haven't found one that sounded better to me.
For octaves/whammys, I usually stick with Digitechs. The Whammy DT and Bass Whammy for respective instruments, but I do like pulling out the EHX Micro Pog every now and then, usually together with the whammys.
For delays, all bets are off. I have about 7 of them and use them all for different reasons, and I usually have at least 2 of them in any rig I build. I said the Timefactor maybe my favorite (next to the Flight Time), but I also like clunky analog pedals that can sound weird when you look at them (like my Malekko Ekko 616). I also have a Boss RE20 close by every time I enter a studio.
With all the boutique stuff I have, I still like the standards. All my Boss and MXR stuff are still solid as ever, though lately I've been gravitating more towards Boss's esoteric line like the Slicer and the Vocoder and SY300, both I'm planning to get sometime in the future.
What can I say, I love pedals.
