Jet City Custom 22 - has anyone tried one yet?

Finally getting a band going, so I need to put a rig together. Was looking at picking up a custom 22 and a 212 of some sort. On paper it seems like a pretty good upgrade to the 22h, but I was wondering if anyone has had enough experience with one of these to verify that. Specifically I'm curious if:

    A. the clean channel is actually as clean as they say it is

    B. the loop isn't garbo

I have the regular 22h and the loop is pretty good not sure about the "clean" channel.

I found the 22 to be pretty sterile. the modified 20 I had bought from Donnie, to who I then sold it back, to which he then sold it to Noodles... (lol)... sounded a lot warmer and more organic.

I think Josh has the 22H, but not the newer Custom version.

    Thanks for the help, guys!

Cameron, good to know about the loop. That was my main concern, so good to know that it works. Actually went on the hunt for a 22h because of that, but everyone wants dumb money for them now for some reason. Think I might just take a punt on one of the new ones.

That's really interesting, Leon. Loved the single channel version I had. Did you ever play around with the bias on the 22? i remember hearing that they come biased super cold from the factory.
