I'm not getting nearly enough time to play with it (or play at the right volume). So, I'm feeling it out. The EQ is going to take some time to dial in. Don't have other amps with EQs. Am used to setting near what I usually like and then making minor tweaks. With the EQ, any and all minor movements make a big difference.

All the being said, there's a breadth (maybe what everyone calls headroom) to it that is amazing. The low end has a physicality to it. At the right volume it'll pummel everything.

Guess that's why they call it Pittbull (because of the muscularity to it, not the viciousness - the pitties I know are super sweet).

Try the green channel with a boost. Also I'd ignore the eq to begin with there's plenty of great sounds to be had without it. The edge mode is really cool as well.

Heh. I'm usually "Uh, what green channel?" But, that has more to do with playing through an Uberschall for 8 years. The VHT green has much more headroom and flexibility.

And def agree about the edge mode. That and the shift mode make a lot of difference.
