Might need a Kemper backup/rehearsal alternative. Ideas?

I will sell my 5150 because I dont need it. I bought it a year ago and haven't used it for ANYTHING.

My Kemper sits at home, but I will use it live. But I wont bring it every time my band rehearsal.

Right now I'm using a Boss GT-100 as lined amp but I want to switch channels with a Tech 21 Mongoose, which I will use for Kemper.

The new amp has to be:

    1. Rackmount digital amp
    2. Built-in effects
    3. Be able to switch channels with the same midi switch I will use for Kemper (a Tech 21 Mongoose)

Any ideas what I can look for?

I cannot afford to get another Kemper, even tho that would be ideal.

If you can't afford another K what IS your budget? That would narrow it down some. Do you have a power amp already covered (I assume, yes, if you are using the GT100).

Dv mark multiamp looks pretty cool - its a 2u rack mount with amp modelling, fx and a decent power amp built in. Its midi so the mongoose should work too.

There aren't many demos out there but I liked the one I tried

No, we are playing lined with headphones in rehearsal. Miced up drums.
Much nicer than regular loud ass noisy rehearsals

However, me and the other guitarist will share a stereo power amp for live use. He just bought himself an Ax8.

My budget is pretty much what I can sell the EVH 5150 50 watts and Boss GT-100 for. I dont need those if I can find another rackmount amp with effects and shit that works similar to Kemper.

I know there's some Elevenrack, Line6 etc but I have no good idea about those so I need some ideas

    How common are these really?
I'm not going to be stupid and buy something new again, now it's used market for me. The EVH 5150 was a big waste of money.

Actually, I really don't need something with poweramp built in.
Thats taken care of with the Perfect Connection poweramp already (it's the other guitarists, but we will share it on stage)

why not just bring the kemper to rehearsal? that way you're always playing the same rig.
