I have an old Ibanez toneblaster head that I love for ridiculous 90s tones.

Mesa Triple Recto settings, and I swear it worked for me:
    Gain 10,
    Bass 10,
    Mids 0,
    Treble 10,
    Presence 10,
Volume 9 (using two 400watts 4x12 cabinets loaded with Celestion Hot-100s)
    NUKE MTL

Otherwise, f*ck the treble and get some serious mid-grind instead; low mids and mids are set at two complete opposites.

That is the sludgiest, most ridiculous sound in the world. I have to try it

Please do, and tell me what happens. Also to be noted: back in the days this was with an EMG81 in the bridge of a poplar guitar, and boosted with a Maxon OD-9 set to Gain at 3/10, Tone at 3/10, and Level at 5/10

Roger had a TriAxis and 2:90, and only ran one channel on the TriAxis, the Mk2C+ channel, with G/T/M/B/P settings at 10/10/0/10/10
