OK...this just occurred to me.
You'd have two humbuckers, with a single-coil in the middle. The two humbuckers are controlled by a five-way switch with the following arrangements...
1) Neck humbucker.
2) Neck humbucker wired in parellel.
3) Both humbuckers.
4) Both humbuckers tapped.
5) Bridge humbucker.
On top of that, you have a mini-toggle that adds the middle single-coil to whatever you have selected on the main switch. Maybe add a push-pull switch to the volume control that bypasses the five-way switch and goes to a coil-tapped neck-PU, with the option of adding the middle PU with the mini toggle.
I reckon this would be intuitive enough to use in the heat of battle, and would allow all those quirky PU combos I like for clean sounds, without making the guitar look too cluttered.
Sherman did something similar with a HSH guitar. The difference being was that the middle single coil was on it's on volume control so you could blend it into whatever you had selected on the five way switch. So you could add a little single coil bite to a humbucker for example.
Your set up looks pretty sweet though. I'd be interested to here how it sounds.
