    So...Jackson are they?

I just ordered one from Musician's Friend (700$ - 15% I couldn't really resist lol). So anyway I've never played one before, what are they like?

Fucking awesome. Light body, excellently carved, TOM, and slick ebony board with gargantuan frets.

And I suppose I pissed off Dave slightly yesterday

The SLSMG is probably the best value from Jackson. They play great. You'll find that the neck is slightly thicker than your Jackson Falcon but has a similar profile. The fit and finish on the ones I've played has usually been very good. Haven't seen any around locally for awhile, since GC stopped carrying them.

They're killer guitars - typical Japanese Jackson neck-thru profile, but the shape is nice and not too thick.

They suck, and Josh should sell his to me.
