    I think it's a spring or something... doubt it's anything tonal. He doesn't have a neck pickup in that guitar.

    I believe there is no neck pickup, and there's a spring or something filling the cavity

    Just googled it, the spec list only mentions an Air Zone pickup, which is presumably the bridge.

    Also, shouldn't this thead be "an LTD Page Hamilton"?
