    Agile B-stock?

I assume B-stocks are 100% from a playability standpoint. Does anybody know what these gray stains on a maple fretboard mean?

Also, how are Agile maple boards finished? I like the Jackson-style maple boards, not the Fender-style as much.

For this price, I figure I can snag an awesome fixed-bridge backup, but a used something else might be better if this fretboard's gonna be nasty.

I would guess it might just be a discoloration (fungus?) from the maple stock.

This is a total steal! Cant say how the maple boards are, but I've heard good things. I'd replace the saddles with KTS titanium saddles, rip out those pickups and have myself a sexy party.

    Gray stain? o.0 bizarre

The maple boards are lightly finished with a satin poly or something that looks and feels a lot like it. Definitely not "traditional Fender style."

Great guitars. No idea what the grey stains could be.

Could the stains be tooling marks or something?

It'd be one thing if it was ebony with some stain, but being that it's a maple fretboard Id be slightly worried on how noticeable it'd be. Grant it, people would be too busy jizzing over the sick green finish instead of staring at a grey stain \m/

They are a huge steal for the b stocks.
