    NGD (A little belated) Vince's RG7620GN

Since no one cares about anything else:

Taken with a HDR app I was playing with on my iPhone, so the lighting looks a bit odd.

This is Vince's if he ever wants it back, but for the time being this is a damned cool guitar and if he ever does want it back I'll be in the market for a replacement GN myself. I've always liked the look of these, and it balances and plays better than my old 7620VK did, to boot. Stock New7 in the neck (which is ok, actually, though I'm still on the fence - maybe an AN7), and an Evo7 in the bridge which through a Recto actually slays for Satch-like lead lines (probably why Vince liked it so much, as well ).

I like the neck more on this than I remember my 7620, and after years on a seven with medium frets and a square neck joint, jumbos and an AANJ make it feel effortless. Once I got Vince's sissy 9-54s or whatever off them for a set of 10-68s, it plays spectacularly.

I'd just like to reiterate that this, among many other things, is what I love about this place

Very nice, I love my 7620. But this colour is definitely nicer than the black mine is

I've played that guitar! Therefore it still has remnants of Vince's awesomeness, AND my (considerably lower) awesomeness!
