Let's see how long this will take... (Jackson Custom Shop Content)

So about 3 years ago on SS.org, there was a thread where everyone was building their dream Soloist.

My idea was to take Jackson's limited run "Snowblind" Soloist, but go a bit more "albino" on it.

    So take this:

Add a maple fretboard with no inlays, and "white out" the logos with pearl.
Also, use ivoriod binding along with a reverse headstock. Like so:

So then I got to thinking. Well why not make it a 7 string? But let's go direct-mount with the pickups. And while we're at it. I really like the contour on my NAMM Pablo Cut 6 string Soloist. Which is similar to (and might I add, came out before) Ibby's RGD shape.

Anyway, it turned out that Matt over at Matt's Music was putting in a short run of 7's with the Custom Shop. So I asked if he could sneak in an order on the side with my specs.

That's about it. No idea how long this is going to take. Especially since this is going to have the top hand-carved. So I added a poll.

I voted that the Cubs will win the WS first, because 3 years is my guess

Looks like it is going to be a KILLER guitar though!

What is this "tone pot" you speak of? Never used one before.
