Not very metally but definitely sweet. Picked up this Classic Player Jazzmaster new on a deal from HelloMusic.com. Normally they run $800 but they were selling for $610 delivered and I've always wanted one. Seemed like the perfect time to pick it up.
As a guy that normally goes to the lower end of the price spectrum, this thing just oozes quality. It's 25.5" in scale which makes bends very easy. The pickups sound fantastic...finally a guitar that I don't have to immediately swap out the pickups/pots to get to sound good. String spacing is generous but comfortable and the neck is a bit fatter than most strats I've played. Fretboard is also flatter - 9.5" radius I think. Not an Ibanez but for fender guitars that's pretty flat
Time to get some surf on and some dinosaur jr!!
Also, I'm a recent convert to P90's with my P-Rail experiment
