Every BCR neck i've ever owned or played has been a Very comfy thin C shape, not Ibanez thin, but not a Schecter neck either.

Sounds about right with My Jr V Deluxe, Also they are long as hell When I got mine I had it standing next to my bass and it was bigger then the bass by at lest 2 or 3 inches

Yeah it's pretty comfy and fits right into my hand; I would say the curve is a bit more aggressive than my Schecter Omen however.

Finding a case for this is gonna be a bitch because she's almost 4 feet tall LMAO. I'm thinking that extreme Gator softcase, otherwise I gotta find the matching BC Rich case.

Thanks!

Also BC Rich responded to my e-mail!

Hi Peter,

Sorry it took so long for me to respond. I've been out of the country.

Your guitar has Nato wings and a Canadian Maple neck. Your right, nato is sometimes referred to as eastern mahogany because it is in the mahogany family and is very abundant in Asia. The guitar has always been made out of nato and I'm trying to correct the web site. Nato is a great sounding wood for building guitars. Any guitar company that builds in Asia and says their guitars are made of mahogany are not being truthful in my humble opinion.

The bridge is a 1000 Series Floyd Rose which is made in South Korea to the exact standards of the Original Floyd all the way down to the hardness of the steel.

The neck plays a major role in the sound of a guitar, especially a neck through model. I'm sure the nato has some effect but the maple neck probably has a little more effect on the overall sound.

Best Regards,

Sweet. So it's officially a 1000 series trem and the maple has the most affect on the sound.

I'll update this thread with moar pics later... and probably make a thread on pickup suggestions

Could also get this:

SKB V-Type Hardshell Guitar Case and more Guitar Cases and Gig Bags at GuitarCenter.com. I when I had the Standard Jr V on layaway before the store put my Deluxe on the floor I tested it out with the Standard and it actually fit. So, unless you guitar is even bigger then mine or the Standard Jr V's with the 6-in-line headstocks, then it should work Or just get the matching Coffin case....
