I have one - the purple one - they are a 25.5" Great guitar though.

But I want this with a Floyd which is exactly what they did with the Mock Pro X after the first year. (Added the Floyd that is)

My old school Warlock has a lot of switches - but not the dual pre-amps or varitone.

For someone in the know why two pre-amps? One for each pick-up? And what does the varitone actually do? You've already got coil taps and phase on the three micros - wiring that thing must be a joy.

It's a preamp volume for each pickup. The Varitone is also connected to the preamp, with the preamp off it acts kind of like a tone knob, but with it on it gives a bit more variation in tone...

Yeah. That's a bit too much for me for guitar in any setting, live or studio

Too much focus leads to tunnel vision
Too much faith leads to religion
Too much knowledge leads to confusion
Too many guitar lessons lead to jazz-fusion

I wish they'd reissue the classic Eagle bass with the dual P-Bass pickups. They have an Eagle signature bass at the moment, but it's not equipped quite like the old ones.

That 7-string Mockingbird is probably nice, but I'll bet it's neck-heavy as hell. Even the 6-stringers are.
