Well, I'm not a moron : lol: I used little alcohol swabs on only the frets that got the stickers, then applied that red fretboard stuff that you guys were raving about on all the frets. Even the ones w/ the stickers

You had to get the oil off of the frets to get the stickers to stick, no?

I basically did exactly as you have listed... but instead of a less sticky tape, such as masking tape, this stuff was medical tape!

Yeah, that red liquid stuff they sell @ GC that several ppl on here have been raving about. Anyways, I merely wiped the surface. Its not liked I soaked it in rubbing alcohol
