Hmm. The body looks pretty RG and they definitely do neck-thrus like that, but the non-drop-top and the inlay aren't right. Maybe some small shop doing RG knockoffs, Ran perhaps?

EDIT - and that radius looks awfully round for an Ibanez.

Raven West is the US version...my friend has two and for the money are hard to beat. Neck thru construction and you can mod away to your hearts desire.
