    superior customer service..

So I don't know if this in the right spot. If its not please move it. So I just bought a tremol-no and a set of spring-no for the gunslinger. I tried to put the spring-no in and they wouldn't fit. I sent a msg to the person I bought them from on ebay and asked it they had any ideas. He made some suggestions. They still didn't fit. Without me asking he shipped me out a new set of springs for free. I know they're not expensive but its the fact that he did it without me even asking and to fix something that cost me $2 I think. He is universal_jems on ebay. I will be buying as many parts as I can from him.

That guy rocks. I bought a truss rod wrench from him. He emailed me to make sure it got to me, and shipped a 7 dollar wrench first class for free. He is great.
