    It looks like an Agile to me, but when I enlarge the photo, it does look it says "CARVIN" on the headstock.

    It's a Carvin Penetruder, an incredibly rare guitar, in that none were ever made, and I just made it up right now.

    It definitely isn't a Carvin, I'm going with Agile with a new logo. But it could just be any old generic rip off.

    Looks like the existing Agile logo to me. Either way, nothing I'd drop a grand on.
