It's missing four fine tuners, which I know will be a bitch to find, but it's only 90 bucks. The only thing I could find on these is that they have an alder body, and that everyone apparently loved Garrets RGX.

No. 100-series Yamahas are the junk you buy at Costco.
And the bridge on the 211M is among the cheapest of the cheap, shitty bridges that bore the " Licensed Under Floyd Rose Patents" stamp. Note that the ball ends are anchored behind the saddles.
Any effort to make either of these play and sound decent (assuming the necks haven't gone pretzel) would cost far more than either guitar is worth.
