NGD No.2! Two slutty Japanese cousins up in this bitch...

Finally, after saying to Joel "yeah mate I'll buy it, just gimme some time to get the cash together" about 7 times now, I finally pulled the trigger and bought his Jackson DK2m

Excuse the shit pic, will take more when it's sunny (so June next year, at this rate...)

It's the perfect marriage for its sister-company counterpart

Both have had a set up and are absolutely fucking amazing guitars. I honestly didn't expect much from the Dk2 for some reason, just figured it would be a cool guitar, but didn't expect to be this taken aback by it.

The neck is very un-Jackson-like in that it's more like a shallow C than a flat D (the only other Jap-made Jacksons I've got to base that on are the many Concept/Performer series ones I've owned/played, but then again it was a different company back then)

Very comfortable, very shreddable, and very very toneful, the pair of them.

Yeah, the DK2Ms are seriously good guitars, especially for as stupid cheap as they go used.

    Nice pair!

    Hope you like it mate!

I've always loved that guitar, but it just wasn't getting the play-time it deserved.
And now it's going to be used to forge some serious metal
