So as a result of winning a very nice hand of cards in Vegas last week, I got myself this Jackson I've been watching since... I don't know. Anyways. It's a fantastic guitar, with awesome features, Killswitch, offset dots, flatsawn, graphite reinforced neck with scarf joint, planet waves locking/trimming tuners, recessed side jack, I couldn't not buy it hahaha. Alder body, maple neck, 26.5"
And second, I got my first strat! If not for the really cool(not cool at all) really convenient(actually not convenient) method of adjusting the truss rod, it's an all around great guitar, got it used for a steal. Because of the bad setup, my warmups are extremely effective, going from a strat with 3/8" action to an Ibanez/Jackson with action in the MM's makes your fingers fly. It'll get professionally set up. Ain't nobody got time for that.
I also got a 7621, Phenomenal figuring on the maple neck, but it was white, and had a tribal sticker until the guy sold it, so it had a white silhouette where the sticker was... So, it's getting painted galaxy white, with a matching headstock , I'll post that when I get it, for those of you who don't know what galaxy white is, it's the sexiest shade of white on the planet: (unfortunately not my guitars)
Family shot: (missing white Jackson SLSMG, RG7621)
Congrats! That seafoam green strat is super sexy.
