Just picked this up today. I originally saw this LTD MH-350NT for $300 at my local Guitar Center and went to put it on layaway before it disappeared. It didn't last 24 hours, the original owner changed his mind and came back for it. The guy said to me "well is you liked that I have something else you might be interested in." This one wasn't out on the wall, he brought it out from in back. Now I had always wanted a white guitar with black binding, I love the contrast, I still fell in love with this thing with the black hardware and ebony fingerboard. It was $100 more than what I originally wanted, but considering it was a thousand dollar guitar when it was new and it's in flawless condition, I figured I'd go with it. It is also my first time having active pickups. I mostly play metal anyways so figure either I'll like them or swap them out. So far I'm digging them.
I am sure that you will love it. I have one that I bought in March, 2005, and it still is the guitar that I use. I love the thinness and the lightness, and it has great resonance. Mine has sounded good with clean amps and high gain amps.
