Anyone else suffer 7 string burnout?

I don't dislike my 7620's, just feeling burned out playing em'. I remember when I first heard "Bad Horsie", I thought that was done on a 7 for quit awhile, & that really fueled my desire for a 7. Lately I've been playing 6's & am loving how easy it is to do bends & vibrato makes me feel I tune my 7's to B & play a lot in B & E. I starting to gravitate towards mid range nastiness instead of heavy low end chugging. I feel like things are getting ridicules with 9 & 10 string guitars & knew right away I'd never want an 8. Sorry for the aimless post, I'm just bored

I have only ever owned one sevenstring in my life. I was all excited and sold it after a few months. It just wasn't for me.

The accumulated filth of all their sex and murder will foam up about their waists and all the whores and politicians will look up and shout "Save us!"... and I'll look down and whisper "No. ― Alan Moore

I don't own any 7s currently, though I'd like to change that sometime in the near future... I didn't really get burnt out on 7s, I got burnt out on playing in general.

My 7's are in different tunings, so my Ab 7 is my Eb 6 string guitar, my G 7 for DGCFAD, so I don't necessarily get burnt out, but I listen to a good enough amount of 7 string music(BoO, Intervals, 'riph, and I write on my G guitar) to justify keeping two around.

I have a few 7's, but 6's have always been my thing.

I'll go through phases where I don't do much writing on 7's. But the majority of my bands songs are 7's so they are always being played.

I played 7s for about 8-9 years, then I sold all my guitars to get into bass. I've had a few guitars since then, but they were all (except one) 6 strings, but that's because they were what's cheap. My main guitar is a baritone Yamaha RGX... Tuned to standard I'd love to snag a cheap 7 at some point but its not really a priority.
I play bass in a band called Weaponlord.

I also play bass in a band called Northern Crown.

I used to play bass in a band called Faethom.

i have several 7 strings, i never get burned out on the 7 strings part, just mainly the guitar. i switch it up alot when i practice and jam so i have a natural feel for pretty much every guitar i own.
