So this pawn shop near me (the one I have complained about before) has a guitar with the sign above taped to it.

Technically a tenor guitar is any guitar with a shorter scale length tuned higher than standard, much like a baritone is the opposite being a guitar that's longer and tuned lower.
I don't believe they ever made a 7 string tenor guitar, they probably meant 7 string baritone.
