    EMG X Series

Has anyone heard anything about these? They sound like the response to the Duncan actives...

I have a feeling I will be throwing a set of them in one of my H-S-H already EMG equipped guitars.

And there was me thinking they'd released passive-sized 7 string models.

I'd say that's a good guess. I'm curious to learn more about these, and whether they did more than just copy the balanced preamp inputs from the Blackouts.

I haven't played the blackouts, but are they considered more of an 'organic' EMG or something?

I thought it was Duncan's stab at an EMG, .

These look interested, and may not be all that bad.
