I took my daughter to the "Rick's Picks" exhibit at the Burpee Museum in Rockford a year or so ago. Stunning stuff. She had a blast too.

I literally backed into him in the Home Depot in Rockford a few years before that. I didn't know he was from the area. I was looking at something high-up, took a step back and crashed into somebody. I turned around and was surprised. I managed to ask, "Are you ...?". He said, "Yes", with a smirk and head shake, and continued walking towards the registers.
The Ultimate Question: What string gauge is needed for 18.84# of tension when tuned to E2 on a 27" scale guitar?

Did anyone else see the American Picker's episode where they pick his storage shed?

I would settle for a quick minute in the vault. I'm sure whatever I grabbed would be fine.

Places like that make me sad. So many instruments going unplayed, sitting there collecting dust now getting the attention they deserve. I have a bad habit of hoarding guitars and gear so I started putting post its on guitars with dates. If I don't touch a guitar or piece of gear after 6 months, I get rid of it now.
"I'm afraid of new guitars. They're too shiny, I can't play them or take them anywhere. They might get damaged!"
