Well it'll be time to file for my tax return soon and I've been gassing for a new 7 for awhile so I'm starting my search and looking for ideas.
My criteria under $1000, good pups, prefer a trem, and I'm leaning towards a maple board but not a deal breaker.
Below are some of the guitars I'm considering
Jackson SLATX-M 3-7 Soloist 7-String Electric Guitar
Jackson Pro DK7-M Dinky - Metallic Black, 7-string | Sweetwater.com
Sterling JP170D Ruby Red Burst | Sweetwater.com
Also looking at the Broderick7 pro. Any input is appreciated. Thanks fellas.
Don't know if you have any bias towards agile, but I have an intrepid pro 727. Maple board, natural blond finish, cepheus passive pickups. I've been really happy with it, although I'm not sure I'll stick with 7, or extended scale. Paid about 500$ new for it. They're worth considering, not sure if you're in the states though...not sure I'd do one if I i had to deal international.
