Well, I said I was going to get a Gibson LP 50s or 60s studio tribute, but I just couldn't justify the expense at the moment. Anyway, I was in my local GAS shop and pulled the trigger on this instead. It just spoke to me. It does need new tuning keys, but it otherwise setup and intonated well. It's a 2002 model, but I don't think the original owner played it much. When I got it, the bridge was way to high on the bass side, there was no relief in the neck, the pickups were way out of the cavities, and it played /sounded like total shit. Once I got done setting it up, it now plays and sounds freaking awesome! It's definitely a keeper. On to the pics. Sorry they aren't better, but my house has crappy lighting, so I had to take them outside with a cell phone.
