These guys seem to ignore the fact that once you get the guitar to playing position everything will move!
I mean, I have to retune my guitars if I sit down, or if I'm standing up, that's how little that's needed for making the guitars change tuning!
Why don't these guys have the guitar in playing position when doing the setups?
I always have guitar in playing position!
When I'm intonating I lie it down in my lap and do the adjustment and then QUICKLY up again!
But I'm never keeping it horizontal all the time like these guys!
How do you guys do it? Like me, or like these guys?
This guy is hilarious!!!
Spending aaaaalll that time twiddling around with the guitar and then at 9:09 he plays a chord that sounds like SHIT and he goes "in tune"
And that CHAPMAN!!!! Seriously.
Why does he have a "Battle Of The Floyds" if they are going to cheat throughout it?!
Just look at these videos! Every time Rob does some divebombs and shit and goes back to see if it's in tune, there's a sudden clip which HAS TO BE a cut from where they adjust the tuning. I have no proof of this, but I can't imagine it being any other way.
At 2:35 they cut out and come back right before showing it's "in tune"!!!!
At 1:03 they cut out! But this one is still slightly out of tune
At 2:41 they cut out and come back right before showing it's "in tune"!
Part 4 & 5 doesn't have any cutouts, and the Ibanez RGA seems to hold up, while the ESP LTD sucks.
You have guitars with floyds so you should know this, but when you return from a dive it's very easy to make a lame rattle or a rising squeak. That's the part they cut out.
Have you honestly never had a problem with this?
