When I'm lookin at guitars I can't think of buying any of them because 99% have regular frets.
I have SS frets on all my guitars now except my newly aquired RR24 with super worn down frets. I'm going to have it refretted at PLEK as soon as I can afford it. Everytime I look at a guitar to buy, I also think about the cost it will add for the SS fret upgrade. With used guitars it's not a biggie, but new ones is cake on cake
So, what guitars nowadays can one buy that has SS frets from factory?
Warmoth does it for super cheap, just $20 more than regular frets, which is absolutely fucking worth it.
Jackson Elites have stainless frets, but those are "kinda rare", but I find them for decent prices on swedish auction sites occasionally... BUT THEY ARE FUCKING UGLY!!!! Can't stand those colors. A plain white one with black hardware would be awesome.
Schecter Banshee Elites have stainless stee frets, and those are actually available to be purchased.
They are priced decently, but I can't fucking stand how they look.
Any other brands make SS fret guitars?
Suggest anything, no matter what they look like, or price... But the best would be something in the "mid-range" price point, like the Schecters...
