A guy from a local band wanted me to screw together a guitar for him and here it is!
Hosco strat body
Warmoth roasted maple neck with stainless steel frets
Flat mounted Gotoh Floyd Rose
I donated some of my old Kramer tuners, strap holders, mirror pickguard and other small stuff.
And a little video of testing the tuning stability.
It's actually not that bad, usually most strings stays in tune perfectly, but sometimes the G or low E string tends a to go a little sharp. But I haven't done the finetuning of the setup yet, this was setted up in like 30 minutes or so, so I still have some work to do with it, I may be able to get the action down a hair more!
We'll see if he's satisfied after he comes home from the metal festival he's at this week.
He only plays rhythm guitar so he may not need the faster guitar in existence, and while it's already pretty good for now I'm still going to try and lower the action a bit more.
