...not. I was gonna do a double NGD but the other guitar hasn't arrived yet so here's the Ibanez TM302 I got recently, as hinted on my tele pickups thread.
Normally I prefer my teles with a maple board (and usually one that says Fender or G&L on the headstock) but this time I wanted a rosewood board, and Ibanez has had me covered with different kinds guitars for the multiple styles I've been dabbling so why not in the form of a Talman.
The neck has a C shape that took a bit of time for me to get used to (particularly on wide bending) but felt really comfy after the first few hours. And even these came with locking tuners. The pickups were surprisingly good for an import Ibby, though of course that's perfunctory when I have a pair of SD Vintage Broadcasters coming in.
This will be my main axe for the country/rock gig and since I used a tele heavily in my album recording, this will do plenty of studio stints in the future. Actually, the more I play this, the more I want to buy the Strat counterpart as a backup.
