    Gibson 2017 Lineup

Did a search and it looks like this never got posted, obviously, as Gibson conversation on this site is not the same these days.

The Firebird Studio is something I would be seriously interested in (especially in gorgeous Steve Harris Lake Placid Blue), if they had kept the proper headstock, what a bad design choice reversing it. Such a nonsensical choice. They kept the proper one on the more expensive model.

The streets are extended gutters and the gutters are full of blood and when the drains finally scab over, all the vermin will drown. The accumulated filth of all their sex and murder will foam up about their waists and all the whores and politicians will look up and shout "Save us!"... and I'll look down and whisper "No. ― Alan Moore

It looks like mostly a list of re-issues. Nothing really new, that I can tell, other than that blue!

The new V pickguard is ugly. Looks like those cheap knockoffs that doesn't want to get sued...

WTF is with the "high performance"? Has anyone ever thought that the neck needed to be wider? When will Gibson figure out that no one wants the silly robot tuners? The sculpted joint looks good on paper, but I bet it weakens the neck joint.

Not much in the way of Explorers and Vs although the headstock is wrong, I do like that Firebird
The above comment may or may not be about Morbid Angel.
