    It looks to me like the one side of that neck has a couple more mm of maple or whatever wood it is, so it's routed in the center, but just looks off center because of the difference

    The stringers being off center is actually more noticeable than a truss rod being off center when the neck is on the guitar

    Looks like it's the stringers and the graphite rods.

    Yeah, that's something you never tell a customer, even if it's true. I don't know why that would be true though, surely Kiesel should have tons of hardware to spare.
