It's hard to tell what's more amusing; the train wreck customer service, or the train wreck build quality.

Surely someone will come in this thread and say what great experiences they had with Carvin, and this happens with every big company.
Disclaimer: I work ultra part-time for a local music gear dealer. And as a male plus-sized model for mankinis.

It is kinda funny how they can rattle off dozens (hundred?) of guitars without significant flaws, no complaint, acceptable customer service, and then every here and there, they squeak out an absolute turd and the customer service takes on the same poor quality.

Ya know...when i shim a neck, the neck tilt goes in the opposite direction. Anyone who played this guitar at Kiesel should not be allowed near another one.

Also note what appears to be a cross grain scratch in the ash at the tip of the upper horn that made it all the way through staining and sanding back.

Reading the story right on the part of the second call getting told that he was pissing him off... WTF Dude he is the fucking customer...

LOL who gives jobs to people like this? This is clearly someone that cannot be dealing with Customers. A brand takes years and lots of effort to build its quality and Customer confidence and then a retard that probably woke up in a bad mood puts it all to shit... I would had asked for a refund the same minute and lets not even mention the we might use your Guitar parts... I cant even believe I read that from so absurd it is.

Don't worry, the dude's just trolling according to someone on SSO.

And if you don't buy that excuse, it's just growing pains the company has been experiencing for over 70 years.

    Nothing serious.

    Nope.

    Kiesel is a well-oiled machine.

Continue to buy the best djent sticks around.
