Got a project in the works.

So as of late I have had major GAS for a Tele. Especially in some variation of seafoam. I seriously thought about buying the limited edition Tele with rosewood neck in surf green, but then thought better of spending $1400 on it. Then the next day this popped up as the MF Stupid deal of the day for $299. G&L ASAT Classic Bluesboy Tribute.

It's no USA Fender, but for the price I couldn't pass it up. They are supposed to be solid guitars for the $. I have ordered the USA G&L MFD bridge pickup and a Duncan Seth Lover neck pickup which are the same pickups as the USA model. I have also ordered a loaded control plate with 500K volume and 250K tone CTS pots, CRL switch, .22 orange drop cap and switchcraft jack, Hipshot lockers and tusq nut and string retainer. Should be cool.

You really can't go wrong with G&L, even the imports are great guitars. I sure miss mine!
