Dream Guitars You Would Still Buy Even Though You Probably Wouldn't Like Them Anymore

I think I got the point in the thread title

Basically, guitars you always wanted, and that you'd still buy, even though your tastes have changed, and you know you probably wouldn't like it as much as you did back in the day, and you might not play it much

For me, I'd still love to get an Ibanez RG-7620, even though the necks are all wrong for me, and I don't really like the sound of basswood or those pickups, I'd still probably buy one if I found a great deal on a mint one Just because I lusted after them for so long (and to appease my inner Korn fan from 1999/2000 )

I have always had an unexplainable desire to own a Nagel print USA Jackson Dinky with a top mount Floyd. They are RIDICULOUSLY expensive.
Division: American Metal without the suck.

    So live for today,
    Tomorrow never comes.

Can't you see the writing in the air?
    Die young, gonna die young,

I've always wanted a B.C. Rich Widow 4 string bass with mirror body inlays like Blackie Lawless from WASP used to play. I finally got a chance to play a Widow not long ago and found the thing to be completely impractical but I just can't get over how freakin' COOL it looks!

    Gibson Explorer for me.

I've always loved the body style but any I have played won't provide my big mitts upper fret access.
We're all musicians, still searching for our roots.

I don't really get sentimentally attached to the idea of owning a particular "dream" guitar... if i grow out of something, or it's no longer my taste, i pretty much don't have any desire to own it.

But probably the closest thing to an unobtainable "dream" guitar for me would be the Collen Archtop... but the only thing that would make me want to buy one would be an unexpected windfall of cash that would allow me to go to the Custom Shop and order up a seven-string version of it with the SLS headstock.

One of the insanely expensive Warriors with 300+ piece inlays and shitload of expensive woods in the body.

Never going to happen but It'd still like to have one.
