Default GOTM June 2009 - Mike's Jackson Custom Shop Soloist 7

Congratulations to Mike for winning Guitar of the Month for June 2009! His Jackson Soloist is maple neck through, alder body, quilt maple top, an ebony fretboard with jumbo frets, abalone inlays and logo, a quilt maple SLS headstock, and Duncan Jazz and JB (rewound by Wolfe):

Mike would have had them earlier, but all he has is his childhood camera, which takes a while to develop photos:

Mother of pearl, my ass - that's pure abalone, including the "80%" logo.

However, the camera's about right.

Woo! The elusive Soloist has finally allowed itself to be photographed!

A completely subjective discussion of semantics? Awesome!

Smokin hot axe.

You could aways refinish in trans hot pink, now that that CRATEROUS ding is on the horn. Im thinking green pickups, purple knobs on trans pink? Yes/No/other? (Circle all that apply.)!?
