Assuming you want to sweep with the neck pup, I'm not sure what to recommend. Sets are cheaper and well-suited to work with each other, but you could back the output down to something like a Cold Sweat for a really open and clear neck shred tone. Also, IMO none of the other pickups I recommended in the bridge have a fucking clue how to make a clean tone.
I'm just getting into experimenting with their line myself, so take my advice with a grain of salt, but I'd say don't be afraid to go with a high output BKP since they're considerably more open and clear then any active despite being so compressed.
EDIT: Also, I forgot about the Aftermath. More clarity than anything else I mentioned above, but it's some crazy 3-ceramic-mini-magnet setup that gives it ridiculous compression. Fairly even EQ without accenting anything in particular. Would definitely work.
