Fuck. Remember how I couldn't do a video review of the GR-33 I picked up (as Mehtlab requested) because the "G" string saddle was dead? It wasn't the saddle. It's the fucking board. I swapped the saddles to another port on the board, basically swapped the B to the G port, and vice versa. G worked completely fine, B stopped working. Switched back, and back to the same condition.
Which means I need to spend another friggin' $180 for something that's never even been gigged, and is only two years old. Argh.
The question is, do I say fuck it and just replace it with the Roland magnetic GK system, since it's known to work better with the new stuff (VG, GR-55) anyway.
I didn't want to be spending more on this shit right now.
Buy the board, and move forward.
