I ordered a new bridge pickup for Big Blue to swap out the SD's and finish my mods for the guitar.
Jon made me a slightly overwound '59 style for the bridge, and I'll be taking my V-1 out of my PRS SE to put into the custom. I'll be putting the stock PRS neck pickup back in, as the guitar doesn't see much use () and I don't use the neck much anyway.
I paid him and he shipped it out via Canada Post express .
Tracking info says it was sent out for delivery yesterday just before 9am and delivery was successful. Myself and my vocalist were home, and he was up around then. There was never a parcel dropped off that morning because he left at 10:30 with our bassist to go home for a couple of days.
I have absolutely no idea where my new bridge pickup is, and I planned on using it for our next show on Saturday (Log In | Facebook). All I can really do is assume it was stolen (there's no time of delivery on the site) and call Canada Post tomorrow.
This fucking sucks
If it got stolen that's awful. Just to maybe ease your mind I had FedEx once claim to have delivered a package that I knew wasn't. One phone call later and it was at my door.
