If you intend on using that wiring a lot you could get a batch made fairly cheaply. I've used these guys before - Pad2Pad - Custom Printed Circuit Board Manufacturer

Their software is easy to use, and includes price calculation. Once you get to 20+ boards it's cheap enough.

I have no issues soldering at all and would be afraid to solder on any of those PCB's in my EBMM's.

It's easier than wiring the switch in the normal way.

Darren, speaking of that pad2pad pcb supply thing, that's how I went about getting the board for this -

Getting back to this.

What's the right way to solder these leads?



I assume a low wattage, tin the wire, and heat the wire itself, right? (I can't imagine I'd want to touch the board itself with the gun, correct?) Or am I better off getting the solder on the board, heating the wire, and poking it in?
