    BKP Polarity for Freeway Switching

So, I've decided to go with the Freeway Ultra in my LP with the BKP Rebel Yell bridge and Mississippi Queen neck. The diagram states that the, "neck pickup should be the same magnetic polarity as humbucker's screw coil for hum-cancelling operation in positions 1 and 5."

I'm sure the MQ neck is RWRP, since it is built to run with a MQ bridge, likely in only two-pup configuration. So, will I be hum cancelling in 1 & 5?

If you're not then you just flip the wires, if it sounds thin after that then you flip the magnets.

I would grab a small magnet and find out. The screw coil should be south facing up so north side of a magnet would attract to the screws. This should match on the pole pieces of the MQ
