Right, I've been staring at this so long i cannot even tell what I'm trying to do any more. I'm sure I'm missing something obvious.
Outline: I want to wire up a Dimarzio so that it's on as normal in the bridge position, parallel in the middle and split (neck side only) in the neck position (this is a one pickup guitar). I'm sure this can be done without a DPDT switch since I'm using a multipole 3-way rather than a gibson style toggle.
Stock diagram for the switch from Ibanez:
And...(here goes )
Have I got this pinout correct? I think one side may be reversed but I don't have it in front of me at the moment. The middle two must be the common/always-on poles as they have signal.
I'll write more when my head has stopped hurting.
Wirelessly posted (like MAGIC!)
God, I hate blade switches. Series/split/parallel is a no brainer with a DPDT on/on/on switch.
