Since I live in Snobville, my house has about the same square footage as Dave's guest bathroom. As such, I don't have room in my place for a spraybooth setup in the basement, and I don't have a garage. ()
What are some clever temporary/collapsible options out there? I'd like to be able to spray in my backyard, but without coating my pool, my neighbor's dog and both of my cars in all of the fun neon colors I'll be painting guitar bodies.
My initial thought is to pick up some kind of bigass tent, like http://www.amazon.com/Gigatent-Bear-Mountain-Family-Tent/dp/B0036CNH2M/ref=sr_1_7?ie=UTF8&qid=1370566002]this, and rig up a decent fan system so that I can (as best as I can) get the air flow out of the back of it while I'm spraying. If I did that, with a bunch of filters on the back window, is there any reason why that would be a shit idea?
I know fuck all about this shit other than copious Google/Youtube-ing, so if there's a better solution I'd love to hear it.
Tent option is best option. I just built something similar out of PVC and tarp, but a tent works fine as long as you can support whatever you need inside . Just rig up an airfilter to one of those square circulating fans and tape it in a hole in the side.
